This is a current event blog that talks about the news in Middle East. It has multiple authors, and also the reporters, producers, cameramen, and editors will regularly add to this with colorful behind-the scene stories.
This blog is updated quite often by these authors, sometimes, a couple times a week, sometimes, several times a day. I think it mainly depends on what happened in Middle East and how many things happened there.
I don't find other multimedia available on this blog, but other than words, it does have videos! That makes it more credible, because people can actually watch what happened in the Middle East, and make judgement by themselves.
Overall, I think this blog is quite credible. First of all, it is a CNN's blog, so there is an authority news organization behind it. Second, it is updated often! That means people take care this blog all the time. Third, it has many news videos uploaded, readers not only accept the information from the blogger's side, they also get direct information by watching these videos, and evaluate the news from their own understanding!
